Both environmentally friendly and technologically advanced, the Bergkamp M310E is our most advanced truck mounted paver. We designed and crafted our PTO paver to outperform and be safer for the environment by eliminating the need for an auxiliary motor. This means it’s quieter, requires less maintenance and repairs, and meets the environmental requirements for Tier 4 truck engines. And our new EMCADS Pro control system sets it apart from the competition.
The Power of EMCADS Pro Control System
The M310E comes equipped with our proprietary EMCADS (Electronic Mix Control And Diagnostics System) Pro control system. It’s the first paver control system in the USA that allows real-time online access to GPS and telematics information from your Bergkamp Slurry Seal and Micro Surfacing Pavers. With it, operators can follow the job mix formula with ease. This means aggregate, water, cement, emulsion, and additive usage ratios are controlled and regulated automatically according to the mix design while also monitoring the performance of the entire paving process. All told, EMCADS Pro reduces calibration time and helps produce a very consistent mix – job after profitable job.
